How to print Gmail messages from your PC, Android and iPhone

You can print Gmail individual messages or all messages inside a conversation.

Make sure you’ve connected your printer using Cloud Print or AirPrint

How to print Gmail messages from your PC

Print a single email

If there are multiple emails within the same conversation, you can print just one of those emails.

1. On your computer, go to Gmail.
2. Open the email you want to print.
3. In the top right of the email, click More .
4. Click Print.

Print an email with replies

If there are multiple emails within the same conversation, you can print all those emails together.

1. On your computer, go to Gmail.
2. Open the conversation you want to print.
3. In the top right, click Print all .

Print a single email

If there are multiple emails within the same conversation, you can print just one of those emails.

1. On your computer, open Gmail. You can’t print from your Android phone or tablet.
2. Open the email you want to print.
3. In the top right of the email, click the Down arrow   Print.

Print an email with replies

If there are multiple emails within the same conversation, you can print all those emails together.

1. On your computer, open Gmail.
2. Open the conversation you want to print.
3. In the top right, click Print all .

If you don’t see the option to print, update the Gmail app.

Can’t print email or attachments

The sender might’ve turned on Gmail Confidential to send the email, which prevents printing message text and attachments
