How to request your titanium Apple Card
If you applied for Apple Card and your application got approved, you can request a titanium Apple Card upon accepting your offer. If you already accepted your offer and didn’t request a titanium Apple Card at that time, just follow these steps in Wallet:
- Open Wallet on your iPhone and tap Apple Card.
- Tap the more button .
- Scroll down and tap Get Apple Card.
- Then follow the instructions on your screen.
Your card is shipped free of charge and a notification is sent to your iPhone when it ships. The billing address you used to complete your titanium Apple Card application is the address your titanium Apple Card ships to.
If you want your card delivered to a different address, update your billing address in Wallet before you request your titanium Apple Card.
How to activate your titanium Apple Card
You need a compatible iPhone with the latest iOS version to activate your titanium Apple Card. When your titanium Apple Card arrives, it’s easy to activate.
How to Activate your titanium Apple Card on iPhone XS Max, iPhone XS, iPhone XR, or later
- Open the packaging that has your titanium Apple Card inside.
- Wake your iPhone and follow the instructions inside your card holder.
- Tap Activate.
How to activate your titanium Apple Card on iPhone X or earlier
- Open Wallet on your iPhone and tap Apple Card.
- Tap Activate Your Card.
- Wake your iPhone and follow the instructions inside your card holder.
Your card is ready to use as soon as it’s activated.
If you don’t have the Apple Card packaging
If you don’t have the packaging that your titanium Apple Card arrived in, follow these steps to activate your card:
- Open Wallet on your iPhone and tap Apple Card.
- Tap the more button .
- Under Physical Card, tap Activate Your Card.
- Tap “Having trouble activating your card.”
- Tap Do Not Have Card Packaging, then follow the instructions on your screen.
