The Chinese PayTV digital Media has expanded ss various regions in the country. The company has its head offices in Abuja, Lagos and Portharcourt.
There’s always the need for customers to visit the customer care unit for some persisting issues like Malfunctioning Smart Card, decoder or even a damaged or fault antenna and Dish.
Where can I find Startimes locations in Nigeria?
The company has its major offices in Portharcourt at No. 1 Onne street. In Bayelsa, Lagos, Abuja.
How to install the decoder
1. First unbox: Open the box or cover and remove the decoder and any other devices that came along with it.
2. Station the decoder properly
Look for a suitable surface and place the decoder on it.
3. Insert the Smart Card inside the Smart Card slot provided.
4. Connect the probes ‘Yellow, Red” and ” White” cables to the corresponding port on your Television set. These cables can be found inside the decoder box.
5. Connect the decoder power cable to the decoder port and the other end to the wall socket.
6. Next: Connect the Antenna to the decoder.
Also note this: Look for an 11 to 12 metres long rod and install the external Antenna.
Make sure it is well-positioned to ensure smooth signal reception. Ensure the Antenna faces the direction of a base station.
For example, if you reside in Victoria Island and the base station is situated at Apapa, you should do well to turn the direction towards Apapa.
